To require the Secretary of State to post on the internet any campaign finance complaint or rebuttal of a complaint; post within 60 days whether or not there may be reason to believe a violation has occurred; and if after 30 days the Secretary of State is unable to correct or prevent further violations through informal methods, refer the matter to the Attorney General and the appropriate county prosecuting attorney for criminal or civil enforcement proceedings. Also, to authorize civil fines equal to triple the amount of an improper contribution or expenditure, plus the current maximum $1,000 fee for each violation.
