Ban school junk food sales

To prohibit the sale in all public grade schools of food that consists of more than 30 percent fat or 10 percent saturated fat, 40 percent or more sugar or other sweetener, and juice that is less than 50 percent real fruit or vegetable juice. In high schools the ban would apply only during school hours.
