The executive recommendation for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2009-2010 community colleges budget. This would appropriate $299.3 million in gross spending, the same amount as the FY 2008-2009 budget enrolled in 2008. All of this comes from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues).
