To exempt non-food products from mandatory item pricing if detailed pricing mandate information is conspicuously displayed with the product and the store’s automated checkout system meets certain accuracy standards. The bill does not apply to food or nonprescription drugs, except for frozen foods and refrigerated dairy products.
