Revise Medicaid eligibilty

To revise the income and asset caps that determine eligibility for the state program that extends medical assistance to certain individuals who have disabilities but who earn more than the maximum amount allowed for Medicaid, and revise the premiums required for benefit recipients who earn more than the poverty rate. Among other changes the bill would not include transfer payments in the calculation of a person’s income, including disability benefits and unemployment compensation.
