To home-based dealers to revise a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-4231">2004 law</a> that put hundreds of small used car dealers out of business because it imposed new regulations on such facilities, including a ban on home-based dealerships. The bill would grandfather dealerships in that were in existence before the new law went into effect.
