Repeal MIOSHA, and create fire department regulations

To repeal the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act (MIOSHA), which authorizes the imposition of state workplace safety regulations on employers (which mirror or are similar to those imposed by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Also, to enact a detailed new state regulatory regime for municipal fire departments, covering personnel, equipment, operations, training, etc.
