To transfer certain powers and duties of the Department of Environmental Quality to the Department of Natural Resources as part of a consolidation of these functions in a combined department called the Department of Natural Resources. This is part of a legislative packages comprised of House Bills 5335 to 5334, 5365 to 5367, and Senate Bills 908 to 919. This bill transfers DEQ powers under the “grade A milk law” to the DNR.
