This would appropriate $14.396 billion in gross spending, compared to $13.092 billion, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009. Of this, $8.982 billion is federal money (which includes $851 million of “stimulus” deficit spending), compared to the FY 2009-2010 amount of $8.949 billion.
