To restrict an auto insurance company from denying a claim under certain circumstances for a service that is also reimbursable by Medicaid; allow the Department of Community Health to share information with the Department of Human Services on a child support order dependent’s Medicaid and related benefits; increase the fine for certain violations of a 2006 law that requires health insurers to provide the DCH with information each month about whether a covered individual is also a recipient of Medicaid assistance; and more.
