To expand a prohibition contained in the <a href="http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Michigan_Medical_Marijuana_Initiative,_Proposal_1_(2008)"> medical marijuana law</a> initiated by voters that prohibits a marijuana-smoking patient’s “primary care giver” from being someone with a drug felony record. The bill would expand this to any felony record.
