To define in statute what constitutes a “boating safety certificate,” so as to include the document received after taking a state-approved or Coast Guard course, and a written rental agreement for a personal watercraft. Also, to add a new definition in statute providing for a drivers-license like “watercraft endorsement.” The bill is part of a package comprised of House Bills 6312 to 6324.
