2010 House Bill 6373

Revise pesticide notification criteria

Introduced in the House

Aug. 18, 2010

Introduced by Rep. Timothy Bledsoe (D-1)

To revise a state law that allows persons to have property placed on a state registry that requires pest control companies to notify them if they will be spraying pesticide on nearby property. The bill would eliminate the requirement to include a physician’s certificate with the registration application form, if every year a person instead pays $20 to the government instead.
