Authorize motorsports limit liability to authorize limited immunity from liability for motorsports facilities, promoters, sponsors, drivers, etc.; and make signed liability waivers from participants legally enforceable. This would apply to any event or activity that involves motor vehicles of any kind whether or not it is at a motorsports facility.
