To revise the state road money distribution law to accommodate the proposal in House Bill 6482 and House Joint Resolution NNN to use some of the revenue from oil and gas leases on state property to pay for road construction and repair projects, rather than using all of it on recreational infrastructure projects, state parks, and to buy more state land.
