Also, to impose licensure on dairy farms and pay a license or permit fee of $15 or $30, depending on inspection details; ; to impose inspection "plan review" fees of $100 or $150; and increase fees for receiving or transfer stations, milk tank truck cleaning facilities, container manufacturers, and milk hauler/samplers.
