This would appropriate $13.65 billion in gross spending, compared to $13.092 billion, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009, and $14.396 billion recommended by Gov. Granholm. Of this, $9.393 billion is federal money (which includes $920 million of “stimulus” deficit spending), compared to the FY 2009-2010 amount of $8.949 billion.
