The executive recommendation for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-2011 Department of Natural Resources and Environment budget. This would appropriate $720.6 million in gross spending, compared to $678 million, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009. Of this, $42.1 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues). Another $398.1 million comes from other state sources including, fees, royalties, some gas tax revenue, etc. $261.3 million will come from the federal government.
