Revise details of “reverse vending machine” subsidies

To require the makers of “reverse vending machines” (the machines used to collect used beverage containers from consumers and issue deposit credits) to report to the Department of Treasury the location of each machine they sell in the state. See Senate Bill 1198, which deals with certain subsidies to stores for obtaining these.
