Require expeditious return of certain seized vehicles

To require that a vehicle seized for an alleged violation of the public health code must be returned within seven days if the arrested owner is not charged with a crime, is found innocent, or is found not liable for a civil infraction. The owner could not be assessed any impound or forfeiture fees in these cases. See also Senate Bills 1212 to 1217.
