To create a commission with members appointed by the governor and legislature to arrange the details of a possible state constitutional convention, including finding a suitable location in Lansing, finding staff, equipment, and supplies to prepare for the convention, and providing means to conduct the convention in a virtual or web-based format. Proposition 1 on the November, 2010 ballot will be the question of whether to hold a convention.
