2011 House Bill 4178

Revise failing school report details

Introduced in the House

Feb. 1, 2011

Introduced by Rep. David Nathan (D-11)

To revise the required contents of a report the state superintendent of public instruction is required to prepare identifying the lowest achieving 5 percent of all public schools in this state. The bill would require that this include a summary identifying each school district that operates at least one of the schools on the list, the number of failing schools in the district, the number of students enrolled in them, and more.
