To require the Department Of Energy, Labor, and Economic Growth to do a study on the impact of a Michigan “low-carbon fuel standard,” including the “potential for vehicle electrification and other low carbon fuels to create jobs and reduce carbon emissions.” The bill would not require an examination of the potential to reduce jobs.
