To revise the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4493">new ban</a> on inexperienced young drivers having more than one non-family member under the age of 21 in the car unless the driver’s parent is also present. The bill would allow an exception if a parent “designates” another licensed driver at least age 21 to supervise, and, if before midnight, allow driving other minors to a school event with written permission from a parent.
