Mandate giving “morning after” information to rape victims

To require the Department of Community Health to disseminate information to health care facilities and agencies about “emergency contraceptives” like RU 486 (the “morning after” pill), and require facilities that provide treatment to a woman who has been raped with written information about these drugs.
