To revise details in the government rationing imposed on the expansion of health care facilities in this state. The bill amends restrictions and mandates in the “certificate of need” law that gives a government commission the power to restrict expansions. It would revise details of the rationing of “vascular access centers” (which do things like kidney dialysis).
