Mandate school and law enforcement “cyberbully” reporting

To mandate that if a law enforcement officer or agency gets a report of “cyberbullying” of a minor as defined in the bill and in Senate Bill 147, it must report this to the parents and school(s) of both the “bully” and the victim. Also, to mandate that a school official who becomes aware of “cyberbullying” to report this to all the relevant parents.
