To exempt revenue from the sale of a “media property” from the Michigan Business Tax gross receipts tax component, if the sale is in fact a financing arrangement. “Media property” means “films, sound recordings, videotapes, live and prerecorded television, radio, and internet programs, books, video games, interactive games, interactive websites, interactive content,” etc.
