To expand a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-HB-4323">2008 law</a> that allows counties in the northern part of the state to allow off road vehicles (ORV's) to be driven on the shoulder of some or all streets and roads, so that it would also cover Oceana County, most of Newaygo, Mecosta, Isabella, and Midland Counties, and the northern three miles of Muskegon County. The bill would delete portions of Montcalm, Gratiot, Saginaw, Tuscola and Sanilac Counties falling south of highway M-46, and all of St. Clair County.
