Ban corrupt public official cons from seeking office

To prohibit a person from running for office who in the preceding 20 years was convicted of a felony involving dishonesty, deceit, fraud, or a breach of the public trust related to the person's official capacity while holding an elected or appointed local, state, or federal office.
