To require auto insurers to provide the Secretary of State with all vehicle owners’ insurance policy and identification information, which it would forward this to the Department of Community Health. The idea is to give DCH the information necessary it needs to get some of the money paid in claims by automobile insurers for health care provided to persons covered by Medicaid and related medical welfare programs.
