Revise licensed health care credentialing

To require all licensed to require all health insurers, health care corporations, HMOs, and credentialing bodies to use the uniform, standard, electronic health care professional credentialing application proposed by Senate Bill 610 for purposes of authorizing a person or entity as credentialed (qualified) for payment, hiring, contracts, etc. These entities could ask for more information besides what the form would include.
