Assert post-ban legality of "Michigan-made" asthma inhalers

To establish that asthma inhalers may be sold in Michigan if they are completely made in Michigan, notwithstanding a federal ban on non-prescription inhalers, which is founded on assertions that the propellants they use contribute to global warming, and authority claimed under the Constitution’s interstate commerce clause.
