To revise details of a nonferrous scrap metal regulatory regime imposed in a <a href=" http://www.michiganvotes.org/2008-HB-6181">2008 law</a>, so as to include all kinds of scrap metal; and revise and/or add to the law’s regulations on record keeping requirements, methods of payment, holding and tagging of specified items, and more. The law was intended to make sure scrap metal sold to dealers has not been stolen.
