To repeal the “<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2006-SB-1046">home is my castle</a>” law signed into law by Gov. Jenifer Granholm in 2006, establishing that a person who uses deadly force for self defense in his or her home, property or vehicle need not first flee from a threatening attacker.
