To make it a crime to coerce or attempt to coerce a woman into having an abortion. In addition to potential prison for threats of violence or "stalking," the bill authorizes fines for acts like threatening divorce or other living arrangement changes, threatening to withhold current or promised support, etc. The bill also establishes a “legislative finding” that after 20 weeks a fetus feels pain and reacts to stimuli the same as a human who has been born, and should be subject to all the same medical and other rules that apply to a human who has been born.
