To, along with House Bills 5818 to 5825, increase fees imposed on a wide range of businesses and occupations in which registration or licensure mandates are imposed as a condition of operating the firm or earning a living in the profession. Technically, the bills repeal the sunsets of previously enacted “temporary” fee increase laws, and are related to the budget for the next fiscal year.
