Create adult “cyberbullying” crime

To create a crime of “cyberbullying” another person, subject to 93 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. The bill defines “cyberbully" as bullying through the use of a computer network, program or system, or a telecommunications system. The bill also authorizes a court to order a perpetrator to obtain mental health counseling or other treatment at his or her own expense.
