To repeal the authority granted to the Natural Resources Commission by a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4579">2009 law</a> to add or delete species from the list of non-native species whose introduction is prohibited. The power would return to the legislature, and the NRC could make recommendations.
