To mandate that if a law enforcement officer or agency gets a report of “cyberbullying” of a minor as defined in the bill, they must report this to the parents and school(s) of both the “bully” and the victim. Also, to mandate that a school official who becomes aware of “cyberbullying” to report this to all the relevant parents.
