To require abortion providers to perform a diagnostic ultrasound examination on a woman seeking an abortion, using the most technologically advanced equipment available in the facility, and give the woman a chance to view the images. Note: Following media reports speculating that this would require “transvaginal ultrasound” procedures, the sponsor announced this was not intended.
