To establish that members of the board of directors of a corporation who consent to “independent expenditures” by the corporation which advocate the election or defeat of a candidate be held individually liable for violations of the regulations these expenditures proposed by House Bills 4418 to 4422, and subject to fines of up to $1,000 for violations.
