To mandate that if an individual who possesses firearms is ordered by a court to no longer possess them as part of a personal protection order or condition of probation, then the person must either arrange for a law enforcement agency to store the firearms (for which it can charge a fee), sell or transfer them to a licensed dealer, or sell or transfer them to a private party who is not subject to a gun possession ban.
