To impose the same Open Meetings Act rules on charter school board of directors meetings as apply to the elected boards of conventional school districts, and require both kinds of boards to post meeting agendas on their websites at least 72 hours beforehand, post the meeting minutes within 72 hours afterwards, and hold meetings in a school or at a “readily accessible” location with sufficient capacity that is within two miles of a district school.
