To delay for one year certain provisions of a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2012-SB-1107">2012 law</a> that revised details of unemployment insurance premium assessments on professional employer organizations (PEOs) and their client firms. PEOs are companies that "lease" employees to other firms on a long term basis but remain the employer of record.
