Impose insurance policy price restrictions

To prohibit the rates that insurance companies charge from being “inadequate” to cover the risk, “unfairly discriminatory” in that they do not reasonably reflect expected loss experience, or “excessive,” defined as generating “a profit that is unreasonably high in relation to the risk involved and services rendered”.
