To revise the application of a regulation that requires sponsors of “issue ads” or flyers that reference but do not "expressly advocate" a candidate or ballot initiative to disclose their sponsor if posted within 30 days of a primary election or 60 days of a general election. The bill would impose mandate starting 60 days before the primary election and leave it in place through the general election.
