To revise the Open Meetings Act, so as to require the minutes of state or local legislative or governing body to include all topics of discussion, a summary of “the main points of the discussion supporting and in opposition to each measure,” and “a summary of the remarks for each person who addresses the public body,” unless an audio recording is kept. Also, to require a record roll call vote by members of the body on all “matters of policy”.
