To impose an annual $500 fee on tobacco specialty retail stores that were exempted from the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4377">2009 law</a> that prohibits other business owners from choosing whether to allow smoking in his or her establishment. The bill would also allow these establishments to serve food.
