To impose detailed regulations and a $500 annual inspection fee (in addition to existing license fees) on “large scale commercial breeding kennels,” defined as ones where at least 15 female dogs are housed for purposes of breeding. This bill imposes the inspection fees and House Bill 4761 imposes the regulations.
